Any new email sent from within Jira using Jigo, as well as any replies received, will be linked to the issue. For an existing email, you can link it to a Jira issue from your Gmail inbox by using either the Google Workspace add-on or the Chrome browser extension.

From the settings area, you can turn on Google Chat either for your entire Jira instance, or project by project. You can then start Google Chat conversations directly from your Jira issues.
